WorkReportTimeflies.Ihavebeenhereformorethanfourmonths.Thosedaysmustbethemostprecioustimeinmylife.AlthoughIdidnothingremarkable,itwasstillanunusualexperienceandtreasuretome.Duringthefourmoths,whetheratworkorinlife,thekindnessleadersandwarmheartedcolleaguesgavemeagreathelp.Itismyhonortobeinginthisharmoniousatmosphere.Ifeelsohappy.Withthehelpofalltheabovepersonsandmyowneffort,Ihavemadeacertainamountofprogressinallaspects.Asfollowing:1.GeneralinformationofthecompanythatIhaveacquaintanceIhavegotadetailedinformationofourcompanyandtheentirefieldthroughmyaccumulatedexperienceofdailyworkandtraining.TheaimofourcompanyistoorganizeChinesedelegationsabroadfortraining,visiting,culturalexchangeandinternationalexperiencecommunication.Itbecomesaprofessionalinstitutewithitsownpowerfulstrengthandqualityofservicethroughthepastyears’effort.Ithassuccessfullymadealotofinternationalcooperativeprojectsandbuiltagoodrelationshipwithmanyforeignorganizations.Thestatusandbusinesssituationofourcompanymakemefullofhopeforthedevelopmentofboththecompanyandmyselfinthefuture.2.Abidetherulesandregulationstoworkhardandseriouslytoimprovemyqualityandabilityconstantly.Experiencingmorethanfourmonthstraining,andwithmygreatloveandfervor,IcansaywithoutmodestythatIhavebeenstrictlyabideeverypieceofrulesandregulationstoworkdiligentlyandtocompletethetaskseriously.Morethanfourmonths,Ihavebeenkeepingonarriving20-30minutesaheadoftheworkingtimeeverydayandneverlate.Sometimes,inordertofinishthework,Iarrivedatthecompany1or2hoursearlierthanusual.Ibelievenopains,nogains.Iwilltrymybestallthetime.3.Thegreatefforttostudymakingmyabilityimproved.Accordingthecurrentdivideofthejob,asthereceptionandassistantoftheoperationdepartment,myjobistochargingforthereceptionwork,assistwithsomedailyadministrativeandoperationsoftheoperationdepartment.Mydailyworkmainlyincludestelephonepickingup,varioustypesofmail,faxreceiving,courierofthereception,text-dealing,waterorderingandsoon.Thus,Ihavealreadyacquiredtheknowledgeofsomeoperationworkandmyabilityhasimprovedalot.Suchasthemakevisaappointment,fillvisaforms,writetheinvoices,selecttheinternationalconferencesintheEnglishwebsite,writetheconferenceinformationandschedulesetc.Asanewpersonofthisfield,Ihaveknownalotofthingsthanbeforeduringthesedays,butIstillneedtokeeponstudyeverydayandlearnfromeverypersonofourcompany.4.InadequateofmyselfandsomethingneedtoimproveAlthoughIhavebeenhereformorethanfourmonths,Iclearlyknowthatmyawarenesstheworkingsystemisnotveryexact.Inordertofurtherfamiliarizewiththecompanyanddailyworkoftheoperationdepartment,IhopeIcanhavetheopportunitytodosomeoperationwork.Ithinkdoingmoreworkcanachievemyownlifevalue.5.SomesuggestionsThedevelopmentofthecompanyneedsnotonlythehard-workingpersonswithability,butalsoasoundmanagementsystem,acleardutydividingandsoon.So,Ithinkthecompanyshouldpayattentiontothemostimportantwaytocultivatetalentistothroughvariouseffectivemethodstostimulatetheenthusiasmofthestaffs.
