1TheStandardofShopDrawingForSteelStructure钢结构详图设计标准第一章GeneralNote总则Thestandardisapplicableforsteelstructureworksuchasbridges,oceanplatform,architecture,etc.,ThestandardshouldbecarriedoutunlessespecialrequirementsofOwner.Thestandardforcedtodefinethecommonofshopdrawings.Shopdrawingsofspecificprojectmayvarywithfacilitiesandfabricationcapacityofshop.Theintentofthestandardistomakedetaildesignofsteelstructureandmanagementstandardization,highqualityandunification.本标准适用于桥梁、海洋工程、建筑等钢结构工程。自本规定颁发后，如业主无特殊要求，均需按本规定执行。本规定对车间图纸的共通部分做了强制规定，具体项目的车间图纸内容可随工厂的设备及制造能力的不同而变化。本规定的目的是使钢结构详图设计和管理标准化、高质量化及统一化。第二章PrimaryRequirements基本要求2.1TheSignificanceofDetailDesign详图设计的重要性Anyfabricationandassemblyofsteelstructureshouldequiptechnicalpersonnelwhohaveexcellentdiathesis.Shopdrawingdesignbranchisitscore.Thequalityofshopdrawingwilldirectaffectthebranchoffabrication,purchasing,QC,etc.Itwillbringgreatinfluencetoscheduleeven.任何钢结构的制造和安装都需要有一支素质优良的技术人员队伍。深化设计部门是其中的核心。深化图纸的质量将直接影响到制造、采购、质检等部门，甚至会对工期产生重大影响。2.2ContentofDetailDesign详图设计的内容Thechieftaskofdetaildesignistoplotinitialdesignofsteelstructureputforwardbyarchitectandstructuralengineertodetailofconstruction.Itcontainsconnectionstrengthdesign,shopworkingdrawing,assemblydrawing,partsdrawing,materialbill,typesettingdrawing,etc.Itmayvarywithvariousrequirementsofproject.Itmustcontaindataandnoterequiredbyfabrication.Thedesignpersonnelcanshowthefabricationrequirementssuchascuttingofmembers,hole-punchingmanner,bolts,weldjointthroughdrawingpaper,lineation,sizesandnotes.详图设计的主要任务是将建筑工程师和结构工程师提出的钢结构初步设计进一步绘制成施工详图，工作内容主要为连接节点强度设计、车间加工图、安装布置图、零件图、材料清单、排板图等内容，具体可能随项目的要求不同而有所改变。详图内必须包含制造所必须的数据和说明。设计人员可通过图纸、线条、尺寸和注释等，标明构件的切割、打孔方式、螺栓、焊缝等制造要求2.3ProcessRelationbetweenDetailDesignandFabrication,Assembly详图设计与制造、安装等的工艺关系Detaildesignisveryimportantsegmentinproject.Itrestrictandpromotewitheverycraftbranch.Designpersonnelshouldfullyknowtherecentspecification,shopfabricationandfielderectionrequirements.Itshouldnotonlyknowthephysicalproperty,otherspecialityandstructurewhereconnectedwithsteelstructure,constructionmethod,procedure,butalsounderstandthe2bidofsteelstructureandcontractdefinition.Relevantdesignwillnotmeetsteelstructurefabricationenterpriserequirementsuntilwhollymasteringtheknowledgeabove.详图设计是项目中极为重要的环节，与各工艺部门之间是相互制约相互促进的关系。详图人员必须充分了解最新的工程规范、工厂制造和现场安装的要求。不仅需要了解钢材的物理特性、其它专业与钢结构相连接处的构造及施工方法、施工流程，还需要懂得钢结构工程投标和签订合同等方面的知识。只有充分具备了以上知识，相应的设计才会满足钢结构制造企业的要求。2.4Software软件Checkingcomputationsofstructureandpointanalyse.结构验算和节点分析SAP、MIDAS、ANSYS、EXCELGeneraldrawing普通图AutoCADDetaildrawing详图X-STEEL、AutoCAD、SOLIDWORK第三章DrawingandNumberingSystem图纸及编号系统3.1UnitSystem单位制Alldrawingsreleasedtobaseshallbemetricsizes.Ifcontractdocumentdefinesthatitmustbeinchsizes,dimensionmetricsizesandinchsizesonthedrawings.所有下发至基地的图纸全部采用公制尺寸。若合同文件规定必须使用英制尺寸，则图纸上应同时标注公制和英制尺寸。3.2SheetSizeandLayout图幅尺寸和布局3.2.1Drawingsizeandsuggestedlocation图纸大小及推荐使用部位A0：840*1188generallayout总布置图A1：594*840A2：420mm*594mmmemberdrawing构件图A3：297mm*420mmA4：210mm*297mmpartsdrawing零件图3.2.2Clearanceofinnerandoutersheetboundary内、外图框间距：A0：leftborder左边界50mm，restborder其余边界20mmA1：leftborder左边界40mm，restborder其余边界15mmA2：leftborder左边界25mm，restborder其余边界10mmA3：leftborder左边界20mm，restborder其余边界5mmA4：leftborder左边界15mm，restborder其余边界5mm3.2.3Contentofheaderarea图标区内容HeaderareausuallyadoptscompanystandardtitlewhichcontainallrequirementsdefinedbyOwnerandlocateattherightlowerofthedrawing.ItcanbeproperlyrevisedifOwnerhaveadditionalrequirements.Theheaderareashouldcontaintheinformationofprojectandversion,technicalpersonnel,companyinformation.Space50mm×75mmroomtoreviewandsignetattheleftoftitle.图标区一般情况下采用公司的标准图标，应包含业主明确的所有要求信息并布置在图纸的右下方。如业主另外有要求可适当修改。图标区要包含项目信息、版本信息、技术人员、公司信息等内容。图标左侧要预留尺寸为50mm×75mm左右的空间以供审图盖章使用。3.2.4Figurecolorandsetting图形颜色及设置Thelineationofinnerandoutersheetboundaryisblack,thetitledistrictisuniformstyle(unlessadditionalrequirementsofOwner).内外图框的线条均采用黑色，图标区采用统一格式（除非业主另有要求）3.2.5Drawingmedium图纸媒介a.ElectronicdocumentsandfinalshopdrawingssubmittedtoOwnerisTIFForPDF3approvedbyOwner.提供至业主方的电子文档和最终加工图为业主同意的TIFF或PDF格式。b.Hardcopyshouldbeprintedhalf.Printallwhenapplicable(halfispreference).复印件应缩半打印。若规范要求，则全纸打印（首选缩半打印）。c.Thefinalcopyversionshouldmeeteverycode:paper,vellum,film.TheelectronicdocumenttobemadeforCDisbetterandmaybeusedforrespectivecontract.最终的复印版本应符合每个规范：纸张、仿牛皮纸、底片或胶片。制作成CD的电子文档是较好的而且可以使用在各自的合同上。3.3DrawingScale图纸比例尺a.Setshopdrawingscaleasfollows:车间图纸比例尺设定参考如下plan平面图A11:501:1001:1501:2001:3001:5001:6001:1000elevation立面图A11:501:1001:1501:2001:3001:5001:6001:1000jointstandarddrawing节点标准图A11:21:51:101:201:30weldstandarddrawing焊接标准图A11:51:101:301:50liftingstandarddrawing吊装标准图A11:101:201:301:601:150curtainwallsteelstructurestandarddrawing幕墙钢结构标准图A11:201:301:501:1001:1501:200elevatorsteelstructurestandarddrawing电梯钢结构标准图A11:201:301:501:1001:1501:200stairssteelstructurestandarddrawing楼梯钢结构标准图A11:201:301:501:1001:1501:200application,galvanizingstandarddrawing涂装、镀锌标准图A11:201:301:501:1001:1501:200detail详图A11:51:101:301:50A31:51:101:301:50localdetail局部详图A11:21:51:10b.Inprinciple,onepaperty
